Hi, I’m Dirk. Glad you’re here!
I joined the travel industry in 1996 and started doing digital marketing in 2002 (that’s like ‘forever‘ in the online space!) promoting Africa travel to the world.
I learnt many lessons and most times through trial and error (the hard way) as there wasn’t many resources available at the time. But you don’t have to make the same mistakes I did. These days I run DM Activate helping others in the tourism industry with their online marketing to get more clients and grow their businesses.
